Inventions of Nikola Tesla

Born in the year 1856, in Croatia, Nikola Tesla was an inventor of many devices and machines that are still being used in the modern world but very few people know that they were actually invented by this remarkable scientist. Let's take a quick look at them.

AC Motor:

Tesla invented the AC motor when he was only 21 years old. It consists of three parts: a rotor, a stator, and the coils. It was used to generate and transmit electric energy over large distances and is still used today.

Tesla Coil:

Tesla Coil was invented by Nikola Tesla in 1891. It produces high voltage, low current, and high-frequency AC wirelessly.

Radar:

A radar is a large antenna dish that transmits and receives electromagnetic signals mainly in radio and microwave regions. It is based on the ability of bats to detect the distance of objects without seeing them with their eyes because technically, they are blind. Nikola Tesla invented the radar in the year 1917. Although many people claim that Tesla did not invent radar, Heinrich Hertz was the first man to invent it.

Remote Control:

A remote control is an electronic device used to control another electronic device from a distance. Nikola Tesla, in 1898, invented the first-ever wireless remote control device.

There is also a famous story of how Tesla fooled everyone by making them believe that they could control the boat by shouting at it but in fact, he was controlling the boat himself with a remote.

Violet Ray:

Violet Ray was also invented by Nikola Tesla. Just like a tesla coil, it produces high voltage, high frequency, and low current energy to cure problems in the human body.

Wireless Electricity:

Wireless electricity was a dream of Nikola Tesla but he did not work on it enough to make it come true.

Death Ray:

Death Ray is a very powerful and dangerous device that emits a very high ray that can perish anything, even a giant airplane, on its way in seconds. It is said to be the most powerful weapon and if any nation succeeds at developing it, it can gain world domination. Nikola Tesla, before his death, claimed that he had developed the death ray and had hidden it somewhere nobody knows. Although people searched everywhere, nothing was found as claimed.

Dark Matter and Dark Energy: The Invisible Constituents of the Universe

  Physicists say that only 5% of this universe is created of matter or atoms (electrons, protons, and neutrons). Then what is the rest 95% made of if not atoms? But subsequently, we found out that this theory was not fully accurate and only 5% of this universe is made up of visible matter. The rest 25% consists of "Dark Matter". Dark here is used because we cannot see this, yet we can only sense its presence because of its gravitational pull.
